andre eugene, owner
Andre Eugene, owner of Defined Lines by Dre, previously known as, Headline Haircuts & Designs, is originally from New Orleans. He started cutting when he was just 12 years old.
He attended Sidney Collier Institute, a barber school, after graduating high school. Andre was taught by Doris Ducree & Irvin Jackson. He later moved to Houston in 2001 and mentored under Malcom (Noonie) Patterson for 12 years.
With over 25 years of experience, Andre takes his craft very seriously. When you're in his chair, you will notice him being very quiet and reserved, as he is passionately at work and

We clean all of our tools with UV light rays after every client. We soak our brushes in sanitization and cleaning solutions between each client.
We ensure that your chair and workspace are appropriately cleaned before your appointment.
cancellation policy
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no-shows.
